I have been in business as a Residential Property Manager for over 8 years building up a client base of investment property owners.
Prior to that I have spent over 30 years in Commercial Facilities and Property Management. I offer effective interpersonal skills, relationship management strengths and a commitment to producing quality results while delivering outstanding customer service.
In my career roles as Facilities Manager with the likes of Wellington City Council and the Ministry Of Business Innovation and Employment (Previously the Department Of Labour), I have demonstrated the ability to manage the facilities, equipment and services for multiple floors spread across a number of commercial buildings.
My extensive history in facilities and property management in Wellington has enabled me to foster and maintain an extensive network of service and professional contacts that will enable me to be highly effective in managing both residential and commercial properties.
